The simple math of diet and activity
If we ignore for a moment our seemingly inexhaustible supply of excuses and reasons such as our current circumstances, our injuries, and our genetics etc., the fundamental issue is that if we eat more energy than we are burning up through simply existing or through day-to-day activity, then we must gain weight. It’s as simple as that; now that’s an evidence-based fact!
